How we work together.
These terms govern how we build your software. We like to keep things clear and fair.
1. Ownership
Once a project is finished and the final payment is made, the custom code we built for you belongs to you. We may use some behind-the-scenes logic that we've built before (to save you time and money), but the final tool is yours.
2. Payments
We charge based on the "Engagement Model" you choose. Work begins after the initial deposit is received. We don't start builds without a clear agreement on cost and timeline.
3. Liability
We build tools to improve your business, but we aren't responsible for how you use them. We aren't liable for any business losses, data issues, or problems caused by third-party tools (like your database provider failing).
4. Governing Law
Any legal disagreements will be handled under the laws of Lagos, Nigeria.
