Behind every successful school is a tired owner.
When we presented Clasquera to school owners, we didn't just talk about "AI transcribing audio." We talked about their reality: The fear of losing students because of bad instruction.
The common pain
Almost every owner told us the same thing: "I have 500 students and 40 teachers. I am responsible for all of them, but I can't be everywhere."
They are currently using:
- Physical logbooks.
- Random "walk-ins" to classrooms.
- CCTV that has no audio or is never reviewed.
The Pivot
We realized that owners don't want "Audio Recording." They want Peace of Mind.
They want a notification on their phone that says "All 40 classes are following the scheme of work today." Or, "Class 3B needs your attention."
These meetings shaped how we build at NIT7ER. We don't build features. We build the "Notification of Success" that lets an owner sleep at night.
